Social Studies 8 - Denominational School Interview

For our next class, everyone is to submit a record of their interview with an older family member or friend who was a student in the denominational school system.  As discussed in class, the goal is to gain some understanding of the differences, the benefits, and/or the complications of the system. 


I have provided some possibilities for questions, but these are only starting point.  Feel free to add your own.  

• How were schools representing the various denominations different? 
• How were they similar? 
• What were the advantages or disadvantages of a denominationally-run school system? 
• How does the present school system compare?
